Salary: 38.50 hourly / 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Overtime required; shifts: early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, on call, flexible hours

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience 2 to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements

Prepare master format estimates (Class A)

Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects

Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bid forms

Utilize quantity take-off procedures
