Our client is a Sydney-based residential construction company specialising in architecturally designed homes, including new builds, renovations, extensions, and additions. The company focuses on bespoke residential projects and works closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver high-end custom homes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Estimator to support the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects from tender through to project completion. The role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, producing BOQs, coordinating trade pricing, supporting tender submissions, and assisting with project setup and closeout documentation.
