Job Overview

Reporting to the Construction Manager, as the Assistant Site Superintendent (6 month term) , you will oversee on-site construction activities and assist in ensuring construction follows established design and quality. You also enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is a 6 month term position.

Responsibilities

• Working in a supporting role with the Site Superintendent overseeing the construction process for single family homes, duplexes and townhomes;
• Completing a wide variety of hands-on construction tasks and assisting in monitoring home production, quality control, and site issues.
