CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR

Minimum Requirements

Associate's degree or technical training in civil engineering or a related field

5 years of relevant experience



Duties:
 
Inspect construction activities including trackwork, civil structures, concrete works, and associated rail infrastructure components; verify compliance with approved construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). l

Monitor workmanship quality, dimensional tolerances, material usage, and installation procedures; identify and document defects or non-conformances such as cracks, misalignments, improper installations, or safety hazards.

Inspect, document, and verify the project is constructed in conformance with contract plans and specifications.
