Job Summary:

This is Airport Work - Night Shift. The scope includes selective demolition (including partial removal of existing tilt-up panels for seismic retrofit), removal of existing exterior glazing, mezzanine, and complete replacement of MEP systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical), fire sprinkler, and fire alarm. New work includes seismic/structural retrofitting, new curtain wall/exterior glazing, skylights, roofing, and full interior buildout (partitions, doors, restrooms, warming kitchen, offices/meeting spaces, dressing rooms, finishes), along with associated MEP/FP systems.
