**Job Title: Construction Laborer – Scaffolding**

**Job Description**

This role is an on-site construction labor position supporting scaffolding operations for a large data center project in Leesburg, VA. You will help set up, maintain, and break down job sites, assist scaffold builders and erectors, and perform general labor and site cleanup to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up job sites in accordance with project plans and safety requirements.
+ Move and carry scaffolding materials and components around the job site.
+ Assist scaffold builders, erectors, and the foreman in building and dismantling scaffolding systems.
+ Support hoist operators by spotting loads and assisting with safe material handling.
+ Perform general site cleanup, including picking up trash, sweeping, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
