Job Description

The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. This role ensures that projects are properly monitored, reports are accurate and timely, and potential issues are identified early to support smooth execution. The position focuses on construction systems, visibility, and coordination, working closely with the Construction Execution Lead to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across all active sites
• Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures
