Position Overview

            Job Description

Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for the data center project
Oversee earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing requirements
Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and shop drawings
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for CSA packages
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications
Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
Conduct site inspections, manage defects, and support handover and close-out activities
