Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all civil construction activities related to HV EHV substations.
  • Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, DEWA regulations and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with DEWA consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
  • Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and resource plans.
  • Resolve technical and construction‑related issues to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA, QC, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • DEWA Approved Construction Manager certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in HV/EHV Substation projects.
