Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant construction-related experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, best practices, and legal regulations (Philippine Building Code, safety standards, etc.).

Communication Skills

• Above-average proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder management.
