Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Description
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, subcontractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety. This role requires interfacing with Project Managers, Engineers, and Customers to successfully execute multiple projects. The Construction Manager will also serve as the onsite Safety Manager/Representative in addition to their other duties.
Responsibilities

+ Effectively manage multiple projects with multiple employees and/or subcontractors.

+ Read construction prints, submittals, and other associated technical documentation, managing the implementation of designs with a focus on quality and safety.

+ Create and review Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and Change Orders.

+ Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with specifications, approved manuals, and procedures.
