We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager - MEP with a background in residential villas projects to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP construction activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop MEP construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, adherence to safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, and changes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Address any technical issues, conflicts, or delays related to MEP systems and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of MEP activities, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
