We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager to join a high-performing, leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale, mission‑critical projects across Norway.

You’ll be responsible for on‑site leadership and delivery — managing all construction activities across mechanical, electrical, and civil works. You’ll coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and programme requirements, drive daily progress, resolve on‑site issues, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
