Job Description
The position reports to the Project Director on a library project. Manages design, contractor procurement, and construction.

Conduct preconstruction services such as constructibility reviews of design documents, cost reconciliations, and develop Div 0 & 1 documents contractor procurement.Manage project logistics, organization, and reporting, . meetings, daily reports, monthly reports.Coordinate and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related entities, .
