Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing site engineering teams, labor, and heavy machinery for large-scale roads and infrastructure projects. Report directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Lead daily on-site activities for major road networks, earthworks, bridges, tunnels, and deep utility networks (wet and dry).
• Resource Management: Deploy heavy equipment, materials, and multi-national labor efficiently.
• Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct site engineers, foremen, and specialized subcontractors to ensure high productivity.
• Schedule & Quality: Translate master schedules into daily/weekly targets; resolve field bottlenecks; ensure work passes QA/QC and consultant inspections.
