Position Overview

            DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Key Responsibilities  Project Planning & Mobilization  Develop and drive the site execution plan: work breakdown structure, resource allocation, temporary facilities and logistics. 
Coordinate site set-up, including access, utilities, safety barriers and traffic management. 
  
Execution & Coordination  Oversee daily construction operations: manage subcontractors, trades and on-site teams to achieve work scopes. 
Liaise with design, planning, QA/QC, HSE and commercial teams to resolve technical or contractual issues. 
  
Schedule & Cost Control  Monitor progress against the baseline schedule (Primavera P6/MS Project); identify delays and lead recovery-planning sessions. 
Review and approve subcontractor claims, progress invoices and change orders to maintain budgetary control.
