Job Summary Manage and supervise day to day works done at the project site. From initial project preparation until the completion and handing over of the project.
Duties/Responsibilities - Managing the site activities of construction projects
- Manage all project site related activities ( including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing & Architecture related matters )
- Drive project site activities in accordance to project schedules and timeline
- Engage Engineering Service dept. to ensure the latest revised construction drawing are used
- Engage Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials needed
- Ensure minimum material wastage at site
- Manages and deploy resources (manpower, material, machineries) in accordance to project schedules & maintain maximum productivity
