Position Overview

            Resposibilities  Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guide project execution 
Utilize project management tools to create detailed schedules and track progress against objectives 
Define project scope and establish measurable objectives aligned with client requirements and business goals 
Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and timely financial reporting 
Monitor expenditures continuously and implement corrective actions to address cost overruns promptly 
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and ensure project needs are met 
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
