Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution
Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors, and Project managers
Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements
To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement
To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target
Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.
Requirements
