Job Description
This role supports industrial and commercial construction projects by performing field testing, inspection, and documentation of concrete, soils, foundations, and related materials. The position is primarily field-based, often independently, ensuring that construction materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform field testing and inspections on construction sites

+ Test concrete (slump, air, temperature, strength) following ACI standards

+ Test soil compaction and moisture using a nuclear gauge

+ Observe foundations, earthwork, and fill placement to ensure compliance

+ Write clear reports with test results and observations

+ Communicate findings to engineers and project managers

+ Coordinate with contractors and site teams daily

+ Follow all safety rules and proper equipment handling procedures
