Construction PM

Qualifications:

·6+ years practical employment experience in the Construction Industry is preferred

·College degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent

·Ability to lead a team by being a good effective communicator

·Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed

·Proven experience in budgeting of financial resources

·Strong in verbal and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

·Project team leadership from preconstruction through project completion

·Develop scopes of work and manage project procurement

·Set-up and maintain all aspects of construction project management, which includes the planning, directing meetings, writing contracts, scheduling and budgeting necessary prior to the start of the project
