We are actively seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!Β You will help with all aspects of project planning, permit expediting, construction estimating, scheduling and implementation.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to full implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Reimbursable travel to NJ job sites and NJ municipalities
