Job Title:  Construction Project Manager 2

Location:  Chicago, IL

Salary Range:   $85/hr to $90/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to support turnover deliverables during the critical handover phase from construction to operations. This role is essential in ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time to enable a smooth transition to operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in MEP, project management, construction management, or document control (preferably in construction, facilities, or industrial environments).


• Familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and other project close-out deliverables.


• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 if they have the P6 experience.


• Experience in managing turnover schedules and aligning with overall project timelines.
