**Job Description**

**Job Summary** **:** The Construction Project Manager is the owner's representative responsible for managing the entire construction process for individual construction projects ranging from 5-10 new stores per year and 10-12 remodel projects per year along with other projects as required. This role provides all construction management for individual projects which may include: new stores, remodels, additions & improvements, and special projects assigned, with leadership from permit approval through store opening and warranty management.

**Principal Duties:**

+ Manage the construction build process from permitting through project closeout. Implement existing construction processes and identify improvements to processes to build efficiency and/or cost savings.

+ Manage a capital spend budget of $15M-$28M annually. Understand the associated budget for each store and ensure project is completed on budget. Mitigate change orde...
