Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
• At least 8 years of experience in Singapore in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Projects and at least one of the projects as a Project Manager.
• Salary: Up to $18,000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Study the given project and develop a master program and site facilities plan to meet the contractual schedule.
• Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
• Lead the staff in working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
• Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
