Position Overview

Requirements
  • BE civil engineering degree required
  • Working experience in Singapore minimum 8 years required
  • SketchUp & AutoCAD knowledge needed
  • Renovation site management experience (both commercial & residential)
Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Scope
    • Understand client requirements, design goals, and budget
    • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
    • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers
  • Budget Management
    • Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
    • Track expenses and control costs
    • Approve vendor invoices and manage payments
  • Contractor & Vendor Management
    • Hire and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing
    • Ensure timely material procurement
  • Scheduling & Execution
