1. Project planning and coordination, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients

2. Execution and monitoring of site progress against schedule and provide regular updates to stakeholders

3. Attend to any resident feedback regarding the project matters

4. Preparation monthly progress report update and attend monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients

5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental requirements, enforce health and safety procedures and protocols.

6. Other ah-hoc duties as assigned
