We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong commitment to the construction and engineering sector. The ideal applicant will be an experienced Construction Manager/Site Project Manager with more than 10 years of relevant industry experience, including a proven track record in the site supervision of MEP systems, preferably within data centre and industrial projects. The candidate should also possess experience in MEP quality supervision and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ranging from subcontractors to end users.

• Monitor, review and report to the Client on the quality of MEP systems installation works on site.
• Lead and coordinate the site supervision team, including the Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), in the delivery of day-to-day site activities.
