This position will focus on identifying and engaging specialized talent for complex vertical construction hiring needs, supporting critical project staffing efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong sourcing mindset, excels at managing candidate flow, and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment after an initial onsite ramp-up period.
