We’re seeking **Construction Site Superintendent** to work for one of our top **Construction Industry client at Toa Baja, PR** .
**Compensation: Open to negotiation (W-2 position with fringe benefits)**
**Shift: Administrative shift**
**Requirements:**

+ **More than 5 years of superintendent or field-management experience working in Puerto Rico for a pharmaceutical facility construction project.**
+ Established experience coordinating Puerto Rico subcontractors, labor, suppliers, and inspectors.
+ Experience with industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or complex MEP/TI work preferred.
+ Strong ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and manage site logistics.
+ Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
+ OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
