Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent (Manufacturing / Industrial Facilities) for direct-hire in Chester, NJ!

Annual salary is $125,000–$165,000 DOE + full benefits including flexible PTO (approx. 2 weeks vacation + 5 personal/sick days), year-end discretionary performance bonus and travel support provided (vehicle reimbursement or rental; RV/hotel-equivalent option available).

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead manufacturing and industrial construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and facility upgrades in both active and greenfield/brownfield environments.

Key Responsibilities
