B2 Constructors LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations for a VA Medical Center parking lot construction project at the Dallas VAMC. This is a federally contracted project requiring strict compliance with VA regulations, VHA safety and access protocols. The Superintendent will be the primary on-site representative responsible for coordinating all subcontractors, enforcing quality standards, and driving the project to on-time, on-budget completion.

The scope includes civil sitework and parking lot construction for the VA Medical Center campus, encompassing:

• Demolition of existing improvements (saw cutting, haul-off, disposal)
• Earthwork, grading, and subgrade preparation
• Storm sewer installation
