Construction Superintendent
Job Description
As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project planning by reviewing construction documents, identifying critical path items and long-lead materials, and assisting with site logistics and safety planning. You will manage day-to-day field operations, including coordinating subcontractors, sequencing work, and maintaining progress against the project schedule.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and adjust look-ahead schedules, identify potential delays, and implement recovery plans when needed.

+ Enforce site safety requirements, conduct regular safety walkthroughs, and ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety standards.

+ Oversee quality control by coordinating pre-installation meetings, monitoring work in place, and tracking and resolving deficiencies.
