Position Overview

            Lead HV transmission line construction works on a mine site
Supervise crews, subcontractors and daily work fronts
Coordinate labour, plant and materials to meet programme targets
Drive site productivity and short-term planning
Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety activities
Ensure compliance with site procedures and permits
Manage QA/QC including ITRs and inspections
Coordinate quality hold points and sign-offs
Manage defects, NCRs and close-out
Track progress, labour and plant utilisation
Prepare daily and weekly site reports
Identify risks and implement mitigation actions
Interface with client and key stakeholders on site
Support scheduling and programme delivery
Lead and mentor site personnel
Deliver works through to completion and handover
