Position Overview

            Job Scope  Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution. 
Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project plans and specifications. 
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and standards. 
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. 
Identify unsafe practices and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. 
Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders on site matters. 
Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on site. 
Resolve site issues, technical problems, and unexpected challenges in a timely manner.
