Job Description

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) shall implement and exercise knowledge of ICD- standards, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), construction principles, and types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance. Additionally, CSTs shall maintain compliance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP). Follow and perform all duties stated in the CST Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ICD-. CSTs will use established security procedures to deter technical penetrations and thwart implanted technical collection devices in support of the Site Security Manager.
