THE ROLE The role will involve working closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm on high value, complex international arbitration cases - principally focused on infrastructure and major project disputes between parties located in multiple jurisdictions in the construction sector. Responsibilities will include: Working closely with team members to formulate case theory and strategy. Assuming a key role in drafting written submissions, including managing more junior members of the team in the process. Managing research and document review processes.
