Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage patients presenting with acute medical, surgical, pediatric, and traumatic emergencies.
• Perform rapid clinical evaluations and initiate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Lead the resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill and injured patients.
• Perform emergency procedures including airway management, intubation, procedural sedation, central venous access, chest tube insertion, cardioversion, and point‑of‑care ultrasound (POCUS), where credentialed.
• Coordinate patient care with specialty consultants and facilitate timely admissions, transfers, or discharges.
• Supervise junior physicians, residents, and emergency department staff.
