Prepare comprehensive MIS, including revenue analytics, P&L, BS, and Working Capital statements, integrating financial and non-financial data for client databases.
Handle- 4-6 clients' MIS monthly.
Participate in management discussions with business owners and partners regularly.
Develop annual budgets, operating plans, and cash flow forecasts for clients, monitoring deviations and identifying risks.
Assist with costing/pricing matters and new initiatives, including project cash flow preparation and engagement with banks.
