Consultant Gastroenterologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a specialist interest in either Upper GI disease or Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) disease and advanced endoscopy.

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team delivering secondary and tertiary Gastroenterology and Hepatology services across South West London. The department provides comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and endoscopy services, supported by specialist nurses, trainees and research staff.

The role offers the opportunity to develop either a specialist Upper GI and GI physiology practice, including transnasal endoscopy and pH monitoring, or a specialist HPB and advanced endoscopy practice, including ERCP and EUS within a tertiary HPB service.
