The GRS Consultant will support business growth and client retention through strong knowledge of group retirement solutions and the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities

• Maintain and service an assigned block of group retirement clients through proactive consulting and relationship management
• Sales via marketing within an assigned block of GRS clients and other sales opportunities as assigned by the Senior Director, Sales such as marketing for partner firms with GRS clients and new client opportunities
• Support the Retirement practice in meeting and exceeding its annual growth targets by supporting cross‑sales initiatives like ICPP and IFS
