This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to provide clinical and strategic leadership within the North Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT). You will work in a transformed, PCN‑aligned community service, leading a well‑established MDT to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care for adults with severe and enduring mental health needs.
