As a Consultant in Recruitment, you will manage and drive end-to-end talent acquisition, foster collaboration and deliver operational excellence across Recruitment locations.

You will lead and inspire the Recruitment team to deliver hiring targets timely and compliant with the processes and standards of 2GO. Design and implement recruitment strategies and recruitment related projects or programs in line with business goals to aid the efforts of building a robust candidate pipeline while promoting 2GO's employer brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Mentor and develop a highly motivated and high performing team.
