Requirements

• American Board Certified
• Experience in providing comprehensive palliative care for children with life‑limiting conditions
• Skilled in pain and symptom management, end‑of‑life care, and family support
• Multidisciplinary team experience essential
• 3+ years of consultant‑level palliative care experience
• DOH Tier 1 eligibility
