Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions, taking end-to-end responsibility for service delivery.
- Act as the key daily client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects delivered to time, cost targets and appropriate quality standards.
- Handle commissions of varying scale and value; up to £40m in normal cases; advisory engagements such as urban regeneration funding may involve larger projects.
- Advise at a strategic level at project conception, including advising on approaches to achieve client objectives.
