The successful candidate will work alongside a community-based colleagues to provide assessment and psychiatric treatment for Older Adults within the Fenland community across a largely rural area. 

The population of over ’s in the Fenland area is approximately out of . In its entirety, the OPMH team had referrals in the past months. Not all referrals require the consultant to see them, many are managed by other staff in the community team. On average the Fenland OPMH service receives referrals per month, with approx. for psychiatry outpatient and for memory assessment

To lead the multidisciplinary team in providing excellent psychiatric care
