About the role

We are looking for strong Consultant to Manager level candidates to join the team.

This role is suited to people who enjoy structured problem-solving but want to play a more direct role in shaping critical infrastructure delivery — working directly with the people responsible for planning, procuring and building major infrastructure.

You will work across a mix of client-facing and internal engagements, often in environments that are fast-moving, ambiguous and commercially sensitive. The expectation is not just to analyse problems, but to help teams work through them and land practical outcomes.

Depending on your experience, you may take ownership of defined workstreams, lead small teams, or play a key role in shaping how we approach client problems.
