Minimum qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, advisory or enterprise customer experience.
- 2 years of experience with people management (e.g., developing and leading technology transformation, consulting, advisory, or customer experience teams).
- Experience leading technology transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
- Experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
Preferred qualifications - Experience successfully growing and managing a professional services programs with a large industry presence.
- Experience managing a software business and software solutions with acumen to deliver to enterprise customers.
