Position Overview

            Responsibilities Create engaging short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and UGC-style videos 
Shoot and edit high-quality content using mobile or camera setups 
Adapt creative assets to different platforms while strictly respecting brand guidelines 
Collaborate with strategy and ads teams to produce performance-oriented creatives 
Stay ahead of social media trends, hooks, and platform best practices 
Participate in on-site content shoots as required 
Deliver creative assets efficiently and on time 
Requirements Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Creator 
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats 
Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut 
Ability to work both in front of and behind the camera 
Creative mindset with an awareness of performance and conversion metrics
