The Role
We're looking for a creative who can own our Reels and video campaigns end to end β not just an editor who waits for instructions, but someone who brings ideas, understands what makes content perform, and turns concepts into scroll-stopping videos.
You'll work directly with the founder, so your ideas will actually ship. No layers of approval, no committees.
What You'll Do
- Ideate & script: Research trends, pitch Reel concepts, write hooks and scripts that grab attention in the first 2 seconds
- Shoot: Film clean, high-quality video content (a good phone setup is perfectly fine β we care about the result, not the gear)
- Edit: Cut engaging Reels with captions, transitions, sound design, and trending audio for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Run campaigns: Build video content series around product launches, promotions, and brand cam...
